Just wanted to share a video I have made few months ago about embracing imperfection.
I had chosen to do a video to show you that even though it is far from perfect, I am still showing it to the world. I believe that when you give permission to yourself to make mistakes in public, you are growing faster.

I love the video! You are so right on, the main thing is to DO IT, the other thing is: perfect is boring! Nothing more fun than an impromtu conversation where people get to know the real human being. I created lots of videos, but when I started I was terrified of doing it. Thank god I had a wonderful coach who held me accountable and helped me do it.
